With a background as a former military officer in the Singapore Armed Forces, she brings a wealth of experience in leadership, strategic thinking, and disciplined problem-solving to every venture she undertakes.

    After her military career, Arlene seamlessly transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and successfully exiting two fitness franchises. Her leadership and innovative approach were key in driving these businesses to success. More recently, Arlene has focused her energy on the tech startup world, where her expertise in commercialization strategy has been a game-changer for many emerging companies.

    Arlene is also the visionary force behind TruStore, an intelligent inventory system designed to optimize supply chain and inventory management. She quickly recognized the system's potential for multiple industry applications across various value chains. Her foresight has led to the development of TruStore as a versatile solution, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs for businesses in diverse sectors.

    In addition to her work in tech, Arlene has played a pivotal role in helping startups secure funding and navigate the complex path from concept to market.     Sean Tan is the CEO and Chief Technologist of Nextan Pte Ltd, a leader in delivering innovative technology solutions across multiple sectors. With over two decades of experience, Sean has established himself as an expert in managing large-scale government contracts and driving technological innovation.

    At Nextan, Sean has been at the forefront of executing major government projects, showcasing his ability to lead complex, high-stakes initiatives. His expertise has been crucial in delivering a range of technology solutions, from sophisticated IT infrastructure and security systems to customized software applications, all designed to meet the stringent requirements of government clients. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have helped Nextan build a reputation as a reliable partner in the public sector.

    More recently, Sean has been focused on advancing consumer health and safety technologies. He spearheaded the development of Connected-Produk, a pioneering platform created for the government of Guinea. Connected-Produk integrates advanced technologies to enhance public health and safety measures, demonstrating Sean’s commitment to using technology for positive societal impact. This project underscores his ability to lead diverse teams and manage all stages of product development, from initial concept through to deployment and ongoing support.

    In addition to his work at Nextan, Sean is the inventor behind TruStore. He provides the vision, architecture, and system integration expertise that ensures its success. His deep knowledge of technology architecture and his innovative approach to system integration have been key to TruStore's emergence as a significant player in the smart inventory management space.

  • Daniel Tan

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Daniel Tan is an accomplished finance and business strategist with extensive experience across multiple industries, including logistics, IT software, and apparel. His diverse career reflects a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic planning, and business transformation. He is fluent in English, French, and Chinese, which enhances his ability to navigate international markets and collaborate effectively across cultures.

    Most recently, Daniel served as Director and Co-founder of The Wine Odyssey Pte Ltd, a wine distribution startup where he led a successful private wine cellar project, generating over 1.3 million SGD in sales.

    Previously, as a Senior Financial Analyst at Sarment, Daniel managed logistics transformation and digital e-commerce initiatives for the company’s wine business. His efforts included forging partnerships with third-party logistics providers and designing a comprehensive digital wine budget, which he presented to the C-suite. He also developed an advanced inventory system and demand forecasting model that significantly contributed to the success of the company's digital transformation.

    Daniel’s international experience includes his role as International Business Controller at DIM S.A.S., a major French apparel and textile company. Here, he facilitated a Chinese joint venture and developed business intelligence tools to support international expansion and operational efficiency.

    With a strong background in financial management, digital transformation, and strategic planning, Daniel Tan brings a unique blend of technical expertise and innovative thinking to every project.

    CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

    Jason Woolley is the Chief Marketing Officer at TruStore, bringing a wealth of experience in digital marketing, strategic leadership, and business development across global markets. With a career spanning over two decades, Jason has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation through data-driven strategies and creative solutions.

    Before joining TruStore, Jason founded Inherently Magnificent, a coaching and training company where he provided C-suite supervision and leadership development. His expertise in systems-inspired coaching and his deep understanding of organizational dynamics have been pivotal in helping leaders and teams achieve their full potential.

    Jason’s marketing experience includes his role as Client President at Dentsu X, where he led integrated media strategies for a global NASDAQ top 10 client, managing a media investment of over $40 million. His leadership in digital transformation was further demonstrated during his tenure as Chief Digital Officer at KPMG Vietnam, where he developed a comprehensive digital strategy to transform the firm’s operations and generate new revenue streams through SaaS products.

    As a seasoned digital strategist, Jason has also held key positions at First Page Digital, Knorex, and GroupM, where he developed and executed digital marketing campaigns, optimized SEO strategies, and led business development initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. His ability to combine technical expertise with strategic insight has consistently delivered measurable results, from increasing revenue to expanding market reach.
